Long Description: USA Dance features Rumba lessons and a dance at the Orthodox Center, 1025 N. Belle Vista Ave., Youngstown, on March 20. This month's lessons are sponsored by Brian Gallagher, “The Dance Connection.” The event will include a basics workshop at 5 p.m., intermediate/advanced lesson at 5:30, and open dancing to ballroom, Latin, swing and hustle from 6:15 to 9.
