Long Description: Pet enthusiasts will gather in room 23 of the Salem Memorial Building from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. June 28 as veterinarian Dr. Vicky Brooks presents “Traveling with Pets: what one should do to prepare for it.” Dr. Brooks will discuss the items that would contribute to a safe and rewarding journey with a pet internationally as well as locally. Dr. Brooks, owner of Adamson Veterinary Services, has been in the veterinary business for 15 years. She has been living and practicing in Salem for several years. The program is hosted by Salem Public Library, open to the public and free of cost. Registration is required, go to www.salem.lib.oh.us.
