Long Description: Tony Ruffin brings his Boudins Bistro & Jazz Lounge from Columbus to Youngstown together with his birthday celebration. Entertainment includes: The Baby Brother Band, The Royal Line Dancers, and The Elite Urban Ballroom Dancers. Tickets are $5 at the door. No outside food or beverages permitted. Cash bar only and the kitchen will be open.
