Long Description: James McClellan will star in I Am My Own Wife, Doug Wright's 2004 Pulitzer Prize and Tony Award winning play will be staged at the Oakland Center for the Arts March 4, 5, 11, and 12 at 8:00 pm and Sunday, March 6 at 2:00 pm. Directed by Michael Dempsey, this is a one-man show based on the real life of Charlotte von Mahlsdorf, a transvestite who survived Nazi Germany and Soviet Berlin. McClellan will portray over 35 characters during the course of the show. This is NOT to be missed! The Star Gallery will feature the artwork of Becka Zastany, who recently moved to Youngstown from Chicago. She brings a unique style of art with her.
