Long Description: On Wednesday, Aug 25, Ohio State University Extension will be presenting a program on Canning & Freezing from 2:00 p.m. – 3:30 p.m. Harvest time will soon be approaching, and for those of you who plant your own gardens, or are interested in canning and preserving fruits and vegetables, this informative program is for you. Participants can also bring their pressure canner lid (dial gauges only) to have it tested for free at the conclusion of the program. Reservations can be made by contacting the Ohio State University Extension Office at 330-638-6783, visiting the Reference Desk at the Library, or by calling 330-652-1704 ext. 212. Don’t miss out!
