Long Description: The Beaver County Festival of Trees is Celebrating it’s 20th Anniversary The Festival of Trees is an affordable family activity that is held in doors at the Lodge in Brady's Run Park. Where, the Lodge, is transformed into a snow-laden, Winter Wonderland with it's 50 plus beautifully decorated artificial trees and wreaths. There is a train display, a Candy Cane Lane Gift Shop, a Snack Bar, Children's Craft Corner, Baskets and Raffles, and of course, the jolly old man himself, Santa. This years themes is Christmases of Years Gone By. 2009 Calendar of Events WEEKEND SCHEDULE 11-26 5 p.m. - 9 p.m. 11-27, 28, 29 12p.m.-9 p.m. 12-4 p.m. - 9 p.m. 12-5, 6 12 p.m.-9:00 p.m. ADMISSION FEES Ages 5 and under - Free Ages 6-12 - $.50 Ages 13-62 - $3.00 Ages 63 and over - $2.00 For more information about the festival or directions visit us at www.beavercountyfestivaloftrees.org or contact Kay Smith at 724-513-6759 FESTIVAL OF TREES BENEFIT HOLIDAY AUCTION At the conclusion of the Beaver County Festival of Trees on December 9th we will have our annual Benefit Tree Auction where all the trees and wreaths fully decorated will be auctioned off. Proceeds are used to purchase back to school shoes, winter coats, summer camp outings, eyeglasses. In addition, there have been nineteen $ 1,000 scholarships awarded and 250 smoke detectors purchased annually to be placed in family homes.
