Long Description: This annual golf outing remembers the City of Youngstown’s fallen Police Officer Michael Hartzell. Golfers receive 18 holes of golf with cart, beverages and snacks, and lunch and dinner (provided by Outback Steakhouse). Raffle/auction following golf includes items such as autographed sports memorabilia, gift baskets and major professional athletic event tickets to be auctioned in a raffle following golf.
