Long Description: Pig Iron Literary & Art Works Inc., Youngstown Arts Foundation are hosts. On North Phelps Street between Commerce and Federal streets. Featuring artists bazaar with original art and crafts for display and sale, live entertainment, talent show, concessions. Talent show, 3-5 p.m., four minute limit. All ages welcome.
