Long Description: Watch wild birds with new wonder after learning basic bird identification skills. Jeff Harvey of Wild Birds Unlimited will conduct this 3-part, beginner level class to cover all you'll need to get started: field guides, binoculars, songs and calls, and How to Identify Birds. Part of the training will be outdoors (weather permitting) where you'll put your new knowledge into action. Class size is limited. Call Ford Nature Center for reservation information. Meet at MetroParks Farm. Fee: $25/family R, $30/family NR; fee covers cost of materials
