A federal grand jury in Cleveland returned this indictment Tuesday, Feb. 25, charging Attys. Neil Atway of Youngstown and Scott Cochran of Austintown, and Mohd Rawhneh of Boardman with extortion, conspiracy and obstruction of justice.
