VINDICATOR READER/VINDY.COM CONTESTS

1. All winning selections will be drawn at random based on those eligible to participate. Contest dates will be provided in promotional materials for the contest and contest may be ended at any time at the discretion of The Vindicator. For ProFootball Challenge contest, only one entry per player, per week is allowed. Winners using multiple usernames will be disqualified.
   


2. Any entry form that does not contain a legible name, address, email address, etc., including entries submitted electronically via social networking sites, may be disqualified.
   


3. Entering a Vindicator contest constitutes permission by contestants for his or her name(s) and/or photograph(s) to be used for news and promotional purposes without compensation.
   


4. Employees of this newspaper, their immediate families, and the employees and immediate families of any affiliated companies are not eligible to participate
   


5. No purchase necessary. Only official entry forms will be accepted. Newspaper Entry: Free copies of entry form available at The Vindicator Customer Service Counter during normal business hours, when applicable. No photocopies accepted. Enter contest by mailing or delivering entry forms, when applicable, to The Vindicator, Attn: Nena Perkins, 107 Vindicator Square, Youngstown, Ohio 44503. Online Entry: Electronic entry may also be accepted, when applicable, through our website and/or various social media outlets, such as Facebook or Twitter. Some contests may only accept entry by either mail or electronically, but not both.
   


6. Entry deadlines will be followed.
   


7. Neither this newspaper nor any co-sponsor merchants will be responsible for illegible forms or those lost, stolen or damaged in any way.
   


8. You may enter more than once, unless otherwise specified in the promotion.
   


9. Contestants must be eighteen (18) years of age or older, unless otherwise specified in the promotion.
   


10. Prizes have no cash value.
    


11. Winners will be contacted via telephone or email by a Vindicator staff member.
    


12. By entering the contest, contestants agree that the contestant is granting The Vindicator specific permission to contact the contestant by telephone for marketing purposes.
    


13. By entering the contest, you agree that The Vindicator will make the final decision as to who the winner is and if there is a tie which contestants are in the tie. You also agree that all disputes will be settled only by The Vindicator.
