History
Out of the smoke and haze, relentlessly trying to keep bands together, Tim Harrigan steps out of from behind the shadows. Now after 25 years of drumming and raising the hammer, Tim molds a new project involving top players from all sorts of genres. In every one of these homes we drive by lives a musician, waiting to be set free into this realm of local talent. With that in mind, Tim set out to find new fresh faces to conjure up this groove rock project. With Tim handling lead vocals and rhythm guitar duties he snatched up former bass player and backing vocalist from GreyDealer, Patrick Lane. He knew this addition would implement a steady low end and good chemistry. Next came Josh (last names a mystery). His guitar style soulfully brings Subourbon Sun SUN full circle. His killer chops and ability to blend the upstroke with a hard rock veneer really compliment every thing that this project is about. The following new face that was added to the project is the drummer, Steve Wiesen. He completes the band perfectly with his shirtless rock/jazz style, and he's not afraid to drop a punk beat on that ass either. The connection between these three is uncanny...ask for the jam and you shall receive! Last but not least, keep a look out for the mysterious saxophone player Antonio. His array of brass instruments gives an endless supply of groove to the music. Together the band forms a rock project with a hint of reggae and jazz. The band hopes to get asses shaking, and people consuming large amounts of alcohol. That's what its all about, having fun and good times. So come on out and get you some sweet Subourbon Sun.
