History
Hoss Jarman hails from the Youngstown, OH area and is a soulful blend of funk, R&B, and mo-town. As a child, Hoss discovered his vocal ability when his mother was cleaning an opera singer's home. He was humming tunes, when the opera singer stopped his mother to tell her that Hoss had perfect pitch. From there, Hoss was classically trained by the opera singer, but eventually gave up singing lessons to pursue his love of sports in his middle and high school years. Though he temporarily shelved his pursuit of a career in music, it was never far from his life. He credits his time spent in a friend's Baptist church with providing a stage for him to experiment with his vocal styling and range. After graduating high school, Hoss became a professional wrestler. He traveled the country, met industry executives, and created a large fan base. After an injury left him in extreme pain and forced him to miss a couple of matches, he re-evaluated his career path. He realized that music had always been a constant companion and gift in his life, and he couldn't deny it any longer. He quit the professional wrestling circuit, moved home, and started a band. Hoss has been the front man for Acoustic Juggernaut for several years- performing in the Youngstown, Ohio area.
