Duane Allen Hutcheson AKA DJ Lefty began djing in early 2000 after purchasing 2 gemini 500 turntables. It didn't take long to realize djing combined his two favorite things in life electronic music and being the center of attention. Simply entertaining friends was enough for a period of about three years, after which he began sharing his talent with the masses. Starting with open decks at various bars has lead him to a residency at salty grogs, and a monthly spot at the wedge for fever productions, Youngstown's one and only production company. Lefty combines his crazy personality with textbook mixes of breakbeats that hit your eardrums in all the right places. Lefty’s new demo is one that you won’t be able to take out of your cd player. It has caught the attention of promoters in Youngstown and Buffalo alike! As the scene rises, so does Lefty’s confidence and skill… you’ll definitely be seeing more of this “Daddy on the Decks!”
