CCW class in Niles

Niles

Western Reserve Fish and Game Association, 1058 W. 3rd St., will have a CCW class from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. June 8.

The cost of the class is $60, which covers the use of a range pistol, ammunition, classroom materials (including the most-recent edition of the AG’s manual), snacks and lunch.

The class covers all subjects required to obtain a valid Ohio concealed-carry license. The class is composed of six hours in the classroom and two hours of firearm safety with live fire.

Ladies firearms class

Vienna

Fish & Game Club of Vienna, 1508 Youngstown-Kingsville Road, will have a ladies firearms class starting July 16 and running for eight weeks. Class time is 5:45 to 10 p.m.

The class qualifies participants for a conceal-carry permit.

Cost is $60 for the class and $15 for a book. A $30 deposit is required by July 2 to hold a spot.
