The Saint Michaels Parish of Canfield is holding its 9th annual wine tasting to benefit its Family Life Center. The tasting is 7-10PM on Friday the 6th and tickets are $55. The event will feature food pairings provided by Naffah Hospitality.
The parish wine tasting committee consists of local wine enthusaist Jim Gordon, who spearheaded the first event in 2006, WKBN / WYTV broadcaster Gerry Ricciutti and several other parish members.
The event features wines from over half a dozen of Ohio's top purveyors and will feature some tasty craft beers as well. A raffle with a top prize of $1000 will give those in attendance a chance to test their luck while sampling the wines.
