Two more concerts have been announced for the new Youngstown Foundation Amphitheatre. County singer Brett Eldredge will come to the soon-to-open downtown facility Aug. 2, and rock artist Rob Thomas will perform there Sept. 5.

Tickets range from $37.50, $55 and $69.50 for Eldredge; and $33.50, $46, $56, $80.50 and $100.50 for Thomas. Tickets for both concerts will go on sale at 10 a.m. Friday at ticketmaster.com and at the Covelli Centre box office.

Rob Thomas is best known as lead singer and primary composer with Matchbox Twenty as well as for his solo work and chart-topping collaborations with other artists.

His hits include solo classics “Lonely No More,” “This Is How A Heart Breaks” and “Streetcorner Symphony.” Matchbox Twenty favorites include “Push,” “3AM,” “If You’re Gone” and “Bent” and of course “Smooth,” his hit collaboration with Santana.

Eldredge is one of country music’s most entertaining showmen. His latest album, a self-titled 2018 release, spawned the single “Love Someone.”
