Blackburn-Dillon engagement is announced

Holly Gibson-Blackburn of Warren and Thomas Blackburn of Austintown are announcing the engagement of their daughter, Zoe Taylor Blackburn of Pittsburgh, to Christopher Trevor Dillon of Berea, Ky.

Mr. Dillon is a son of Tonya Gabbard of Berea and the late Chris Dillon.

The ceremony will take place June 30 at Avion on the Water in Canfield where a reception will follow. Invitations will be extended for both events.

The bride-elect will graduate in May with a bachelor’s degree in biology from Duquesne University and plans to attend graduate school to study cytotechnology.

The prospective groom attended Eastern Kentucky University and is a welder for KI Manufacturing in Berea. He also served in the U.S. Army.
