DAMASCUS
Presley Nicole Cummings and David Maxwell were married Oct. 7 at Damascus Friends Church. A reception followed at The Embassy, Youngstown. Pastor John Ryser officiated for the 3:30 p.m. ceremony.
Christopher and Tracie Cummings of Berlin Center are the parents of the bride. The parents of the groom are Neil and Joann Maxwell of North Lima.
The couple took a wedding trip to Aruba and reside in Columbiana.
The bride earned a doctorate of pharmacy from Ohio Northern University Raabe College of Pharmacy. She is a pharmacist at Rite Aid in Columbiana.
The groom earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from Youngstown State University. He is financial adviser for Bury Financial Group, Boardman.
The bride wore a white fitted dress trimmed with beading throughout and featuring an open back.
Laura Avino served as maid of honor. The bridesmaids, wearing black dresses, were Sarah Frey, sister of the groom; Megan Bookser; Kelli Martin; Shannon Jardonec; and Joanne Berry.
Jared Lay served as best man, and groomsmen were Ryan Maxwell, brother of the groom; Chase Cummings, brother of the bride; Jereme Frey, brother-in-law of the groom; Eugene Leson III; Robert Cruciger; and Cody White.
