Mahoning County Grand Jury indicts 23

A Mahoning County grand jury Thursday indicted 23 people, including Quentin Jones, 30, of Pasadena Avenue, who is accused of illegal possession of weapons, improperly handling a firearm in a motor vehicle and possession of cocaine.

A gun and five rocks of crack cocaine were found in Jones' car the evening of Dec. 27 after a traffic stop, police said. Officers also found a loaded 9mm handgun under the driver's seat.

The Mahoning County grand jury also indicted these people on these charges Thursday:

Deanne N. Hartman, 42, Maureen Drive, violating a protection order.

Tyler D. Yoho, 23, West Middleton Road, Salem, two counts of aggravated vehicular assault, two counts of endangering children and one count of operating a vehicle while impaired.

Odice Anderson, 20, East Dewey Avenue, failure to comply with order or signal of police officer, grand theft, theft and obstructing official business.

Trina Autry, 25, Kensington Avenue, possession of cocaine and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia with forfeiture specifications.

Shay Brown, 26, Polley Drive, Austintown, possession of cocaine.

Brailyn Bunn, 22, Tyrell Avenue, possession of heroin and possession of drugs.

Shannon Plater, 22, Ferndale Avenue, possession of cocaine.

Jamarius Abrams, 21, West Warren Avenue and Jamalia Abrams, 27, East Hudson Street, Columbus, two counts of robbery and one count of failure to comply with order or signal of police officer.

Richard S. Cummings, 45, Center Street, Struthers, theft from elderly.

Lewis D. Deloach, 31, South Bruce Street, trafficking in cocaine, possession of cocaine, and two counts of trafficking in counterfeit controlled substance with forfeiture specifications.

Matthew Porter, 35, Fairfield School Road, Columbiana, aggravated possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia.

Russell U. Sullivan, 41, South Raccoon Road, Austintown, possession of cocaine and possession of drugs.

John Melvin Allen Jr., 41, Camden Avenue, grand theft and theft.

Robbie L. Davis IV, 23, West Middleton Road, Salem, felonious assault.

Wendy A. Wolfgang, 51, Market Street, Boardman, aggravated possession of drugs. 

Jeffrey A. Woods, 42, Woodview Avenue, Boardman, retaliation, menacing by stalking, obstructing official business and criminal damaging or endangering.

Gregory Horne, 41, Rhoda Avenue, kidnapping, aggravated robbery and robbery with repeat violent offender specifications and attempted tampering with evidence.

Troy Keslar, 36, Georgetown Place, Austintown, illegal possession of weapons, improperly handling a firearm in a motor vehicle, carrying concealed weapons and operating a vehicle while impaired.

Tyrell Rodgers, 29, McClure Avenue, three counts of felonious assault and one count each of aggravated possession of drugs, possession of drugs and criminal damaging or endangering.

David Hall, 40, Pasadena Avenue, domestic violence.
