Mahoning County Grand Jury indicts 12


A Mahoning County grand jury Thursday indicted 12 people, including Brandon Jones, 26, of McGuffey Road, Lowellville, on two counts of burglary, two counts of kidnapping, two counts of abduction, criminal damage or endangering and intimidation of a witness.

Jones was found hiding in a closet in an apartment in Compass West in Austintown, after U.S. marshals served a warrant for aggravated robbery.

He is one of three suspects in a July 28 robbery of a pizza delivery driver in the 3500 block of Nelson Avenue.

Other indictments include:

Rickey Krell, 57, Hamilton Avenue, Poland, assault, obstructing official business and domestic violence.

Treveonn Edwards, 19, Erie Street, aggravated possession of drugs.

Billy McGeorge, 18, Shirley Road, failure to comply with the order or signal of a police officer.

Shane Robinson, 50, 12 Street, Campbell, possession of cocaine.

Trivonne Scott, 21, Market Street, robbery and obstructing official business.

Brian C. Bleggi, 50, Black Oak Lane, possession of cocaine.

Xzavius A. Johnson, 34, West Evergreen, possession of cocaine.

Douglas M. Senty, 28, Lake Milton, breaking and entering and possession of drugs.

Christopher L. Poe, 34, Willis Avenue, direct presentment, escape.

Sophia Grant, 27, East Philadelphia Avenue, direct presentment, two counts identity fraud and tampering with records.

Eboni Banks, 31, North Garland Avenue; Raymond K Butler Jr. 21, Dewey Avenue; and Burton McGee, 18, Sunshine Avenue, receiving stolen property, misuse of a credit card and tampering with evidence.
