Woman struck by car on Youngstown's South Side

YOUNGSTOWN — Police are investigating after a woman was hit by a car early this morning on South Avenue.

A police spokesman said she had both legs broken and is being treated at St. Elizabeth Youngstown Hospital. More information is expected later today.
