Arrested just minutes earlier at 11:25 p.m. at Albert and Oak streets was Jesus Davila, 27, who was pulled over because he was driving with only one headlight.

Reports said as officers were questioning Davila they saw a bag of suspected crack cocaine at his feet and later found a crack pipe inside the car. He was booked into the jail on charges of possession of cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia.
