Youngstown CityScape will host its ninth annual Grass Roots Gala honoring The Youngstown Foundation. It will take place Feb. 21 at Stambaugh Auditorium, 1000 Fifth Ave. A social will begin at 5:30 p.m. followed by dinner at 6:30.
The Youngstown Foundation is celebrating 100 years of supporting the needy, worthy and historic sites in the city by giving more than $200 million to the community over the years.
