League of Women Voters of Trumbull County will meet at 6 p.m. Feb. 26 at the Howland Library, 9095 E. Market St. Guest speaker will be Attorney Koula Glaros-King from Community Legal Aid Services Inc. Glaros-King will speak about United States citizenship, the process of naturalization and generally the avenues to lawful permanent residence under current laws.
