Ethan Porterfield led Sharon with 18 in a battle of Tigers. For Howland, Cam Durig led with 11 points in the championship game of the Sharon Holiday Tournament.

SAYBROOK

Lakeside made 12 3-pointers, four coming from Elijah Haynes. He finished with 14 points and Brandon Ford led all scorers with 20. Adam Connelly and Matt Payich each scored 16 points to lead the Indians.

NEWTON FALLS

Bailey Rutherford led the Bombers (3-3) with 16 points. Also scoring in double figures were Tyler Collins with 15, Bert Jones with 14 and Philip Maiorca with 12. For the Tigers (3-4), Josh Honeycutt led with 14 points. Adam Honeycutt scored 11 points while Gage Friend and Preston Rapczak each had 10. Friend also made seven rebounds.

South Range 51, Rocky River 35

FARRELL, PA.

Chris Brooks scored 17 points to lead South Range. The Raiders handed Rocky River (5-1) their first loss of the season. Ben Irons added 11 for South Range. Rocky River was led by Grant Eversman with 12 points.

Maplewood 57, Jackson-Milton 48

NORTH JACKSON

Jackson-Milton led 22-11 after the first quarter, but the Rockets outscored the BlueJays 30-13 in the second and third quarters. Hunter Bates scored a game-high 21 points and Logan Moser added 13 for Maplewood. David Vega led the Blue Jays with 11 points and Mason Robison finished with 10 points.

PORT CHARLOTTE, FLA.

Parker Hydrick hit a 3-pointer to send it to the second overtime. He led United with a career high 33 points. Community Christian outscored the Eagles 19-12 in the fourth quarter to force overtime. Alex Birtalan scored 16 points for the Eagles. Sam Battle scored 32 points for the Mustangs.

Martin Luther King 44, East Palestine 35

EAST LIVERPOOL

Mike Jones and Dion Hardy scored 19 points each to lead Martin Luther King. East Palestine was led by John Bertovich with 11 points.

Todd Henning scored 13 points and Neal Klasic added 10 for Western Reserve. Caleb Quinn chipped in with nine for the Blue Devils. Quentin Craik led Leetonia with 14 points.

Drake Golden scored 26 points to lead Crestview. Jude Riffle added 15 points for the Rebels. Jack Yerkey was also in double figures with 13. Joseph Donforio (12 points) and Beckett Richards (11) led Heartland Christian.

Kyle Coffman led Mogadore with 24 points and Lucas Schwartz scored 22. For the Clippers, Ryan Fahs led with 14 points while Hunter Zentner and Erik Hopfenziz each netted 12. Matt Mazei scored 10.

ORLANDO, FLA.

Maria Torres hit a shot at the buzzer to propel the Spartans to victory. Torres led the team with 15 points. Raegan Burkey finished with 12 for the Spartans (6-2). Boardman was down 9-0 to start the game, but used a 20-5 second half run to take the lead. Marion County stats were provided.

Bailey Drapola made seven 3-pointers and finished with 32 points to lead Brookfield. Rebecca Litz finished with 10 points for the Warriors. Jackie Adler led Hubbard with 17 points. She was the only Eagle to reach double figures.
