“Community Connection” (Sunday at 6:30 a.m. on 21 WFMJ-TV, and 11 a.m. on WBCB-TV): Madonna Chism Pinkard talks with the Shenango Valley Urban League, as they will celebrate its 50th anniversary on May 10, with former mayor of New Orleans and CEO/President of the National Urban League, Marc Morial. Dr. Erin Houston of the Shenango Valley Urban League will join host Chism Pinkard to discuss the event and Morial’s visit to the Valley
Next, state Rep. Michele Lepore Hagan of Youngstown and Gwendolyn Fish will discuss the new House Bill 335, to create awareness about the disease sarcoidosis.
Finally, Eva Rollison and Pamela Stephens with the Richard Rollison Foundation will discuss the organization’s banquet and fundraiser to stop gun violence.
“A Conversation with Dee” (Sunday at 7:30 a.m. on WYTV-TV): Host Dee Crawford will talk with directors of the Lewis Center for Gifted Learning in Youngstown about their curriculum and the Valley Christian School System.
Artist Troy Tecau exhibit at the Butler

An exhibition of works by New York based artist Troyan Tecau will open Sunday at the Butler Institute of American Art, 524 Wick Ave.
Titled “Istoria,” the exhibition will open with a public reception from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. and run through June 10.
Labra Brothers in Columbiana
