Easter Seals offers hot, nutritious meals weekdays in Columbiana and Mahoning counties for people 60 or older and their spouses (regardless of age). Reservations are required three days in advance. A $2 donation is suggested per meal. Call 330-884-2513 to make reservations, for serving locations or to arrange for home-delivered meals for seniors who are homebound. Transportation is available by calling 330-884-2511. The program office is at 299 Edwards St., Youngstown.

Wednesday, Sept. 20: Dinner loaf, potatoes with gravy, corn, dried fruit, cookie, bread and milk

Thursday, Sept. 21: Chicken breast, seasoned potatoes, green beans, applesauce, cookie, bread and milk

Friday, Sept. 22: Pirogis, carrots, broccoli, dried fruit, juice, cookie and milk

Monday, Sept. 25: Omelet, tater tots, dried fruit, orange juice, cookie and milk

Tuesday, Sept. 26: Chicken patty, sweet potatoes, vegetables, applesauce, juice, cookie and milk

TRUMBULL COUNTY

The Trumbull County Office of Elderly Affairs offers well-balanced meals at 11 locations in Trumbull County for people 60 or older or whose spouse is 60 or over. Reservations must be made two working days in advance. There is no income requirement. Donations are accepted for meals. To make a reservation or for more information, call 330-675-2486. The office is at 2959 Youngstown Road SE, Warren, OH 44484.

Wednesday, Sept. 20: Barbecued pork riblet on a roll, sweet potato bites, succotash, peaches, ice cream or graham crackers and milk

Thursday, Sept. 21: Salmon fillet with dill sauce, wild rice, spinach, sweet and sour coleslaw, dinner roll with margarine, mixed fruit, regular or sugar-free cookie and milk

Friday, Sept. 22: Meatball sandwich on a roll with sauce and cheese, roasted potatoes, Italian green beans, pears, regular or sugar-free gelatin and milk

Monday, Sept. 25: Turkey sausage minestrone over pasta, carrots, Italian bread with margarine, warm applesauce, mini banana loaf or vanilla wafers and milk

Tuesday, Sept. 26: Baked crab cake with cocktail sauce, cheesy rice, mixed vegetables, broccoli salad, dinner roll with margarine, mandarin oranges, regular or sugar-free cookie and milk
