SOUTHINGTON — Beginning Wednesday, Phalanx Mills Herner Road just south of Geauga Portage Easterly Road will close for a culvert replacement, the Trumbull County Engineer’s office announced.
The road is scheduled to remain closed through Nov. 17.
The recommended detour route is southeast on U.S. Route 422, east on state Route 305, north on state Route 534, northwest on Painesville Warren State Road, and south on Phalanx Mills Herner.
