WARREN
The city of Warren Halloweed Parade scheduled for noon Sunday has been canceled. No streets will need to be closed. The parade has been canceled out of respect for Girard Police Officer Justin Leo who was killed in the line of duty and so that officers, safety services forces, civic leaders, first responders and all those who wish to attend his funeral may do so.
