Boardman High School students from the Boardman Schools Television Network took part in a two-hour tour at FirstEnergy Stadium on Sept. 13. The students had the opportunity to compare notes with the professionals at the Cleveland Browns’ press box and control room.

The BSTN crew run the cameras during Spartan football games and provide coverage the fans can see on the Spartan Stadium Video Board. Rich Hanchette, motion graphic artist, spoke about the training it takes to put together what Browns’ fans see on game day. The hours and work involved, the deadlines and the size of staff needed were some other topics that were discussed.

Boardman graduate Briana Harris worked for the Miami Heat before joining the Browns last year as a group account executive. She invited the BSTN group and led them on a tour behind the scenes at FirstEnergy Stadium.
