Man fails to show up at court hearing
WARREN
Bryce Hendrickson, 20, who suffered gunshot wounds in a deadly confrontation at a home on state Route 46 in Howland Feb. 25, did not attend a protection-order hearing against him Friday in Trumbull County Family Court.
His mother, Tracy Hendrickson, sought an order against Bryce, her other son, Dylan, 18, and her husband, Brian, after the shootings.
The court approved a five-year protection order against Dylan on Thursday.
Tracy is the girlfriend of Nasser Hamad, who is charged with two counts of aggravated murder and several counts of attempted aggravated murder in the shootings.
Bryce apparently has been released from the hospital because he was served with his hearing notice at home, according to court documents.
No ruling on the protection order involving Bryce was issued Friday.
