ATHLETIC GROUPS

Girard High School Athletic Boosters will meet at 8 p.m. Wednesday at the high school.

AUXILIARIES

St. Elizabeth Youngstown Hospital/St. Elizabeth Boardman Hospital Auxiliary will meet at noon Monday in the private dining room of St. Elizabeth Youngstown Hospital on Belmont Avenue. Guest speaker will be Rita Havas, volunteer manager, who will present a Mercy Health update and safety training.

CLASSES

Campbell Memorial High School Class of 1963 will meet at noon Wednesday at Bogey’s Bar and Grill, 3535 Upland, Lowellville. For directions call 330-750-6062. Guests are welcome.

The Rayen School Class of 1959 will meet for its monthly luncheon at noon Wednesday at Cassese’s MVR, 410 N. Walnut St., Youngstown. All classmates, spouses and guests are welcome. The group meets the third Wednesday of each month.

CLUBS

College Club of Sharon will meet at 10 a.m. Saturday in the fellowship hall of First Presbyterian Church, Sharon. Hostesses are Nora Lea Garay, Carol Floros, Brandi Baros and Anna Mendonca. John Savinski and Brian Kepple will present “Southeast Quadrant of Downtown Sharon Tour.” Past presidents will be recognized. Any woman with a four-year degree or two-year associate degree from an accredited college or university is eligible for membership. Happy Wanderers will meet on Friday at the Corner House Christian Church. Hospitality committee will be Ray and Lillian Zedaker. Greeters will be Florence Paddock and Bill and Alice Jugenheimer. Rich Basile will provide music. Those whose last names begin with M-Z are asked to take a snack to be shared. Social hour begins at 10 a.m. and lunch will be at noon. Take a sandwich if you desire. Youngstown Council of Catholic Nurses will meet at noon Wednesday at The Manor, 3016 Canfield-Niles Road, Austintown. Marianne Paca, RN, will present the protocol for organ procurement in a hospital setting.

Youngstown Section of the National Council of Negro Women, Inc. will have its monthly meeting Saturday at the McGuffey Centre, 1649 Jacobs Road in Youngstown. Executive board meets at noon, and the general meeting is at 1 p.m.

World War II Heritage Group will meet March 20 at A La Cart Catering on U.S. Route 62 in Canfield. The buffet will take place at 6:30 p.m. It is barrier free. LIBRARY FRIENDS

Friends of the Boardman Library will meet Monday in the library community room. Refreshments will be served at 9:30 a.m. Tricia Perry will present the “History of Broadcasting in the Mahoning Valley” at 10. Hostesses are Esther Bertch, Deanna Lambert and Mary Ann Fees. Donations of books, magazines, CDs and DVDs are collected on the first and third Saturday of the month from 9 a.m. to noon. All proceeds support the summer reading program.
