Want to talk to Mayor McNally? You can do so for five minutes Tuesday

YOUNGSTOWN — The monthly “Five Minutes with the Mayor” will be Tuesday, starting at 5 p.m., in the mayor’s office on the first floor of city hall, 26 S. Phelps St.

Citizens are invited to visit with Mayor John A. McNally for up to five minutes to ask questions or voice concerns on issues in the city.
