Akron hosts vigil Saturday afternoon for fathers facing deportation

AKRON — On Saturday at 12:30 p.m., faith leaders, refugee and immigrant advocacy groups, and supporters will have a prayer vigil for fathers facing deportation at the Exchange House, 760 Elma St.

The city of Akron has consistently worked to protect residents and visitors from discrimination and welcome individuals of all backgrounds.
