Ribbon cut to herald opening of North Side low-income housing facility

YOUNGSTOWN — The Commons at Madison, a 40-room, low-income housing facility, was formally revealed today during a ribbon cutting ceremony at the Madison Avenue facility.

More than 100 people were present at the ribbon cutting to tour the facility, which will include office space for residents and onsite services including job-placement resources and primary health care consultants.
