Witness tells Warren police body is inside burning car

WARREN

Police are not allowing traffic onto Pershing Avenue Southwest after a 911 call this morning indicating a car fire on the street in which a witness said there was a body inside the car.

A detective leaving the scene at around 11 a.m. said he could not comment on anything as to the crime scene or what had happened or whether someone had died.

Pershing is off of Risher Road near Warren Township.
