Boil-water alert issued for parts of Niles

NILES — The city has announced a boil-water alert effective immediately for these areas: First, Second, Third and Fifth streets and all side streets. The alert will be in effect until further notice.

Residents in the affected areas are urged to boil their tap water at least one minute before using.
