Rayen School Class of 1959 will meet for its monthly luncheon at noon Wednesday at Cassese’s MVR, 410 N. Walnut St., Youngstown. All classmates, spouses and guests are welcome. The group meets the third Wednesday of each month.

Struthers Historical Society, 50 Terrace St., will meet at noon on Aug. 6. Plans for the second Alexander Frankfort Day on Sept. 30 will be discussed. After the meeting, a presentation of “Iron Valley The Transformation of the Iron Industry in Ohio’s Mahoning Valley, 1802-1913,” will be shown at the Trumbull County Historical Society, 303 Monroe St. NW, Warren. William Holmes McGuffey Historical Society will meet at 10 a.m. Saturday at Kravitz’s Deli, 3135 Belmont Ave., Liberty. James McClellan, the Youngstown Playhouse operations manager and veteran actor and singer, will sing and share about his career as a Mahoning Valley musical performer.

Codependency and Grief Group will meet at 10 a.m. Tuesday at the Chapel of the Sheepfold Ministries.
