Cleveland may host the All-Star Game in 2019: report

CLEVELAND — After hosting the Republican presidential convention, the NBA Finals and the World Series in 2016, good things will continue to come to the city, it seems.

The Indians will have a press conference on Friday morning to announce they will host the 2019 MLB All-Star Game at Progressive Field, Cleveland.com reported today.

Cleveland last hosted the mid-summer classic in 1997.
