YOUNGSTOWN — Police are investigating after paramedics had to revive a man about 12:45 p.m. Monday with the opiate antidote Narcan in a West Side home.
Police were called to a home on South Richview Avenue for a report of a 29-year-old man unconscious from an overdose. When they arrived, the paramedics were able to revive the man.
Reports said the man told police he had just purchased heroin, snorted it, and passed out. No charges have been filed.
