Man charged with sexual imposition
YOUNGSTOWN
Joseph E. McCormick, 46, of Youngstown, was charged with gross sexual imposition and using weapons while intoxicated early Sunday after a woman told police a man grabbed her sexually inside V2 Wine Bar on West Federal Street.

Officers arrested McCormick, finding a loaded, holstered handgun in his waistband. Police seized the weapon and a knife, but McCormick has a permit to carry a concealed weapon, police noted.
