WWII Heritage Society will meet Feb. 20 at A La Cart Catering in Canfield. Jesse McClain, local educator and Holocaust expert, will be the speaker. A question and answer session will follow. NAMI Mahoning Valley offers support groups for those who deal with mental illness. Support groups follow: Girard Family Support, first Thursday of each month at 11 a.m. at the Girard Library, 105 E. Prospect St. and Austintown Family Support Group, 7 p.m. second Tuesday of each month at Alta Care, 142 Javit Court. NAMI Connection, a support group for people with a mental health diagnosis, meets at the following locations: 1:30 p.m. Thursdays at Community Center, 1344 Fifth Ave., Youngstown; 6 p.m. second and fourth Mondays at Grace United Methodist Church, 1725 Drexel Ave., Warren; 6 p.m. second and fourth Thursdays at Alta Care in Austintown; 1 p.m. first and third Saturdays at Community Center on Fifth Avenue.
