Youngstown Atty. Stephen Garea, who is implicated in the state investigation of development projects in downtown Youngstown, has not been charged in the case. In his column that began on Page A14 of Sunday’s Vindicator, Bertram de Souza wrongly stated that Garea was charged and pleaded not guilty. Garea’s law office and home were searched by state investigators.
