Joseph honored by Chamber as top business person

BOARDMAN — Mitchell Joseph, chairman and CEO of West Coast Chill, was recognized as "Business Professional of the Year" at the Youngstown-Warren Regional Chamber's Salute to Business Breakfast this morning.

Also presented with awards were: Carlton Ingram, Jessica Borza, Farid Naffah, Michael Rulli and Mike S. Senchak and Mike R. Senchak.
