YSU students find unique ways to relieve stress

Youngstown State University previews Namaste in the YO today, for the second year, by the fountain on campus.

Students find their inner peace through yoga and mindfulness as part of Welcome Week activities.

"It's really just a great stress reliever especially for college students," said Tori Korda, graduate student and Group X intern.
