A city man is in the Mahoning County jail on child-pornography charges after Ohio Bureau of Criminal Investigation agents raided his home Wednesday morning.
Joshua Baird, 39, faces 10 counts of pandering sexually oriented matter involving a minor.
Law-enforcement officials executed a search warrant at Baird’s house at 600 Devitt Ave. and seized electronic devices.
Baird is listed in the Mahoning County Sheriff Office’s database as a registered sex offender.
Jill Del Greco, a spokeswoman for the Ohio Attorney General’s Office, said Baird is alleged to have made and disseminated pornography involving a juvenile girl. BCI is a division of the attorney general’s office.
Del Greco said it is unknown if there were other victims, and the investigation is ongoing.

Baird could not be reached to comment. His arraignment is set for Friday in Campbell Municipal Court.
