Time change on Lowellville council meeting Saturday

LOWELLVILLE — Village council will have a special meeting at 8:30 a.m. Saturday in council chambers, 140 E. Liberty St. The time was changed from 10 a.m. Among the items up for discussion are project updates, state grants and financing.
