Students in Joy Bucci’s class at Poland North Preschool went on a special field trip to the Poland Giant Eagle.
The students had the opportunity to tour Giant Eagle thanks to the generous employees of Giant Eagle. The students watched as the employees decorated cupcakes in the bakery and saw some of the butchers working in the meat department.
Giant Eagle has been giving the students of North Preschool the opportunity to tour the store for several years. The tour is something that students at North Preschool look forward to each year. The students get to walk around the grocery store and learn about how all of the departments work and what the different employees do.
At the end of the tour, the students went back to school with a grocery bag full of goodies and a smile on their faces.
