Some area Easter egg hunts and other activities as submitted to The Vindicator:
MAHONING COUNTY
Austintown: Wedgewood Park Evangelical Congregational Church, 1944 S. Meridian Road, community Easter egg hunt at 10 a.m. Saturday. The event will include and egg hunt, snacks, story and prizes. For children ages toddler through sixth grade.
Boardman: On Easter Sunday the public is invited to attend a special program starting at 6:30 p.m. “Following June” is a contemporary band and will be taking the Beeghly garden gazebo stage. If the weather is poor, the entertainment will take place indoors.
Boardman: Hitchcock Woods Early Learning Center, 8482 Hitchcock Road, Easter Egg Eggstravaganza from noon to 2 p.m. Saturday. The event is free and will include a picture taken with the Easter Bunny, special eggs that contain free registration for the 2017-18 school year, plus a chance to meet the teachers and tour the school.
TRUMBULL COUNTY
Niles: New Hope United Methodist Church, 21 Fairview Ave., will host an Easter egg hunt at 11 a.m. Saturday.
